What it is

My Capstone Box places finished container amenity rooms, like a fitness room, a co-working space or a resident lounge, on apartment and commercial properties in Massachusetts, often in the footprint of a parking space.

Most properties have no spare room for a gym or a shared workspace, but they do have a parking spot. A container amenity space sits there as a finished room: insulated, climate controlled, with glass doors, lighting and the equipment the use needs.

One footprint, several possibilities. The same unit can be a resident fitness room, a quiet co-working office, a package or meeting room, or a lounge.

How it works

  1. Tell us the site

Where it goes, what it is for and how long you need it.

  2. We build it out

A steel container, retrofitted in a modular facility under an architect's stamp, in under 30 days.

  3. Delivered and set

It arrives finished. You walk in and get to work.

  4. Month to month

Keep it as long as the job runs. When it ends, it goes back.

Questions people ask

How much space does it need?

The units are built from shipping containers, so the footprint is roughly a parking space or two depending on the size. We look at the spot with you first.

How fast can a unit be ready?

Each unit is a shipping container retrofitted in a modular-building facility. The build-out takes under 30 days from the start of the build.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Units are rented month to month, so you keep it for as long as the project or the lease-up needs it.

Where do you deliver?

Massachusetts and New England, with a focus on the towns outside Boston from Quincy to Burlington and down the corridor to Foxborough. Ask about your site.

We deliver to Foxborough, Quincy, Braintree, Canton, Norwood, Dedham, Westwood, Needham and the towns around them. Full service area.
